After three wonderful years, the lease on our first gorgeous ‘home’ is up. We’re moving from our Thames Ditton art gallery after 15th August.
Hard to believe I took the keys 3 years ago. We’ve been looking back on all the work we did to transform this space from abandoned old restaurant and pop-up gin shop, to our first gallery and consultancy space.
While I hadn’t planned to take a gallery, this lovely shop literally popped in to my inbox one day and it turned out to be the exact shop where I’d taken both my children as babies to have their hand and footprints done in a ceramic cafe. It’s also highly likely that my late father would have bought his pocket money toys or sweets from this exact shop space in his youth growing up in Thames Ditton. A special place.
I’ve always said this was a journey and I can’t wait to share news of our next ‘home’ with you before too long. Our new location is currently with the clever legal people, so we can’t share the address and details just yet. But I can’t wait to share news of where you can find us next!
The Art Buyer family getting the keys in August 2021
The gallery before us, was an old restaurant to pop-up gin shop!
Stripping out the old floor was a friend and family effort
Magic Dave had to remove 6 layers of old wall coverings before plastering!
If you’ve managed to visit us in our first home in Thames Ditton, my hope is that you found a warm welcome and some inspiration in the form of fresh, original contemporary art.
My mission is to create ways to discover and buy art in a warm, accessible and welcoming environment ~ online and in person.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT 💙
Art Consultancy
While we wait to share news of our new space, I’m focused on our art consultancy practice and pleased to open up two new client slots from 9th September.
In the meantime you can book a 10 minute discovery call, to find out how our art consultancy could help you.
Online Art Gallery
Lots of fresh artwork is arriving in our online gallery very soon.
If you send a photo of your home or workplace we’ll send ideas of original art that we think would make your space and create mock-ups to help you picture it before selecting.

Or get in touch for an international shipping quote.
Make sure you’re signed up to hear first, where we are moving!
