    £85.00

This workshop has been designed to give you an idea of the techniques and skills under taken by a botanical artist to create a painting that looks as if the plant could be plucked from the page, together with exploring the alchemy of watercolours.

The workshop will be lead by botanical artist Mariella Baldwin who will help you develop your observational drawing and sense of colour mixing, matching and application of watercolour. You will discover lots of hints and tips and watch helpful demonstrations of techniques.

Beginners and experienced artists will be warmly welcomed as everyone will be encouraged to work at their own pace as individual tuition will be given alongside group discussions. At the end of the day you may, or may not, have completed a painting.
