Chloe Elliott

Chloe Elliott is a Cornwall-based artist whose work is inspired by the ever-changing beauty of the Cornish coastline. After completing a Foundation degree at Kingston University London, she moved to Cornwall to study Illustration at Falmouth University, deepening a lifelong connection to the sea.

Working across still life and figurative painting, Chloe’s current collection focuses on swimmers and the quiet moments that surround sea swimming—figures emerging from the water, pausing on the shoreline, or resting after a swim. Using expressive brushwork and a subtle palette, her paintings explore themes of place, memory, and our relationship with the landscape.

Inspired by the rituals of sea swimming, Chloe’s work celebrates the sense of freedom, reflection, and belonging found in everyday encounters with the sea, preserving fleeting moments that resonate long after they have passed.
